PeachBunni is a user-generated social media platform and content aggregator. PeachBunni does not act as a producer or primary producer of sexually explicit content and is therefore exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 pursuant to Section 2257(h)(2)(B)(v).
PeachBunni does not produce, hire, manage, or contract with performers. All content appearing on the platform is uploaded by independent third-party users or embedded from third-party platforms. PeachBunni functions solely as a provider of transmission and storage of user-submitted material and does not create or stage sexually explicit content.
Any sexually explicit video content displayed on PeachBunni is embedded from third-party platforms that serve as the primary producers and designated records custodians for such material. PeachBunni does not host or store the original video files.
Content uploaded directly to PeachBunni's servers is limited to non-explicit or suggestive material only. Sexually explicit conduct, as defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2256, is prohibited from native uploads and removed upon discovery.
PeachBunni is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Content involving minors or non-consensual activity is strictly prohibited and removed immediately. Violations may be reported via the Contact Page or by emailing support@peachbunni.com.
